A Plus Food Training L.L.C. specializes in training food service workers. A Plus Food Training offers the following food safety training courses to employees of food and bar establishments as well as businesses that sell and serve food products such as grocery stores, hospitals, and schools:

  • Allergen Awareness Training
  • Food Handler Training
  • Food Manager (Sanitation) Training
  • BASSET (Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training)

 

A Plus Food Training L.L.C. developed a Food Handler and Allergen Awareness Training program that is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). These are approved courses that meet the state requirements of the Department of Public Health. These programs are offered as an instructor led course and is also offered online.

 

We use the ServSafe curriculum for the Food Manager (Sanitation) and BASSET training. The Food Manager (Sanitation) course is approved by the Chicago Department of Public Health and students are eligible for the Chicago certificate.

 

All workshops are held at locations throughout the Chicagoland area.
